So I've got to spend tomorrow travelling all over Glasgow by bus, first to Barlanark/Garrowhill for my meeting with the homeless team, maybe now we can get stuff moving on a flat.
Then back into town and off to the office for a welfare meeting
and then back to the flat, unless something comes up between now and then.
I hate to say it, especially after being so positive but I think this is going to be make or break time.

Its Friday
ok, nice wee update to the 5 steps
Step 1 - Still waiting till monday for my meeting with the council
Step 2 - Entering Day 7 off the cigarettes
Step 3 - Excellent news from my GP, dramatic reduction in level of meds and a lot of support
Step 4 - Sort that out on Monday too
Step 5 - Well as before, lets get 1-4 sorted and then tackle 5
But I am going to say this, I like to think I am a friendly and genuine guy, I don't go around purposely making people unhappy, I'm not aggressive or violent, and I don't take delight in other people's misery.
I have made great steps in the past few weeks of overcoming a lot of obstacles, sorting my life out and getting myself back to where I should be and I am not going to let one or two people who think that they are better than me constantly rule over my life, you people are nothing more than bullies. If you don't like me then fine, go fuck yourself and boil your bollocks, its your issue not mine. I've been a slave to depression for far too long, its cost me my relationship with the most amazing person I have ever known and several friendships and I'll be damned if I am going to let people like yourself make me feel that way again.
This is a positive zone, if you don't like it then you know what to do

Focusing on things
Keeping up with the positive ethos that I seem to have re-discovered recently I am doing a lot of focusing on my DJ'ing
so away from G1 Group (although I remain for guest slots and cover), joined Team Lovechild to do PR and DJ'ing at the Gala Casino plus an event in a few months,
Plus working on Kinky Re-kinked and been offered a wedding and a couple of birthday parties.
I must be doing something right
